Mr. and Mrs.

This weekend was my brother's wedding down in Atlanta.  We have all been very busy and very excited about this weekend!  My parents and the three of us headed down on Wednesday night after work so we could spend an extra day hanging out and tying up last minute things.

Their wedding was being held at the St. Regis Hotel in downtown Atlanta and my parents were nice enough to get Brent and I a room at the hotel so we could be close to them and all the action.  We will forever be grateful for this gift because the hotel is out of this world!

At night they came in while you are gone and turned down the bed, laid out slippers on each side of the bed and had soft music playing.  They were all so nice and that is a nice you just can't fake everyday!  I didn't want to leave and I told Brent I didn't know how I was going to function without this place!

Not only was the hotel fabulous but the whole weekend was!  Friday night my parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at Maggiano's and the food was as always top notch!

This is Brent and I at the hotel before we left for dinner.  Everyone had a good time and it was then that my hot mess phase began.

I am emotional at wedding regardless of who the people are but clearly it being my brother's I was extra emotional.  Brent was thrilled!

It began when my parents got up to welcome everyone.  I cried as my mom said the prayer then continued to tune up through a slide show that one of their friends had prepared for them.  Awesome!  I pulled it together and made it through the rest of the evening without tears.  It helped I had a baby on my hip the whole time who thought it was her right to be a brat.  Again, AWESOME!  I would later realize this was a common theme for her.

Saturday morning was pretty calm for everyone.  We all woke up relaxed and ready for what the day would bring us.  I thought I was handling myself well emotionally.  I was excited because I knew this was a special day for Jason and Leslie and one they would always remember.

Then I met Jason in the elevator.

I was able to keep it together until the doors closed behind him.  I stood in the elevator in my bridesmaid dress and cried.  Let me note here, I didn't shed ONE tear on my wedding day.  Not one!

I continued this theme throughout the day and into the evening.  During the reception Brent finally asked if I was ok.  I was a hot mess!  I think I don't ever realize how much I miss having Jason here until I am actually around him.

I wasn't a total mess all day.  I did manage to take few pictures of our evening.  I'm pretty upset I didn't take more but every time I thought about pulling out the camera, it was about the same time Cecilia would kick her 'tude into high gear.

These are some bloomers Mom had made that Cecilia wore under her dress.  I loved them!
Here is little flower baby herself looking disheveled and unbelievable tired.  She refused an afternoon nap (so Nanny and Kelli tell me) so it was fun times for us!  Brent was originally supposed to carry her down the aisle but right before we walked in, she threw a fit so I just packed her.  BRAT!

Mr. and Mrs. Mayeur...
All the guests rocking it out!
My gorgeous parents!  They both clean up well!  Ha!  They were so wonderful all weekend and they even let Cecilia stay with them 2 nights so Brent and I could try and remember what life was like before her.
Me and my bubs...
and me and the hubs...
I hate that I didn't get a picture of all three of us but by the time I thought about it Cecilia looked like this...

She somehow managed to pass out amongst all the loud music and commotion.  She had simply had too much fun!

We are slowly getting back to reality and living life without being pampered to.  Its tough I won't lie but somehow I will manage.
